Takgalang Consulting was appointed by the City of Ekurhuleni (CoE) to oversee the completion of Stage 5 (Construction) and Stage 6 (Close Out) for the Reiger Park Enterprise Hub and Ramaphosa Vocational Skills Centre project. They assumed responsibility from the previous contractor on March 25th, 2022, marking a pivotal phase in the project's progression.

• Location: Situated at the junction of Leon Ferreira Drive and Goedehoop Street, Reiger Park Township, Boksburg, Gauteng Province.

• Phases: Takgalang Consulting is diligently managing the project through its construction and close-out phases to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Scope of Work: Approved under the Integrated Development Plan (IDP), the project encompasses:

• Two 2 x Light Industry Workshops

• Two 2 x Office Blocks

• One 1 x Training Facility

• Public Toilets for community use

• One 1 x Covered Area

• Two 2 x Restaurants catering to local needs

• Informal Trading Areas and associated external works to support local commerce and community engagement.
